Cancel more than 5 days before check-in and receive a full refund, minus any payment processing fees.
Cancel 1-5 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value.
Cancellations on or after the date of check-in, including no-shows, are non-refundable.
If your plans shift but you’d still like to stay with us, get in touch as early as possible. Where the calendar allows, we’re happy to move your booking to new dates free of charge, rather than treating it as a cancellation.
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to a serious illness, bereavement, or other exceptional circumstance, please contact us directly — we review these on a case-by-case basis and will always try to find a fair outcome.
Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of the cancellation being confirmed. The damage deposit, where applicable, is returned in full within 48 hours of check-out, provided no damage has occurred.
