Is parking really included?

Yes — one dedicated, free on-site parking space is included with every booking, which is very helpful in Brighton & Hove.

How many people can stay?

The studio comfortably sleeps 3 guests. Two adults in the king size bed and a child or infant on a pop up bed or mattress (provided by us). We’re not able to accommodate more than this due to space and local regulations.

Is there step-free access?

The studio is accessed via a private entrance along a gravel path and there are one step into the studio. The studio is on one floor. Please get in touch before booking if you have specific accessibility needs and we’ll do our best to advise.

Can I bring a pet?

Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis — message us before booking and let us know a bit about your pet.

Is there wifi?

Yes, high-speed wifi is included throughout the studio, suitable for streaming and remote work.

What’s within walking distance?

Hove seafront and promenade are a 10 minute walk, with central Brighton just a short bus ride away. See our Local Guide for the full rundown of nearby places.

How do I check in?

Check-in is usually by host if we are around or self-service via a key safe. We’ll communicate with you about preferred check-in and times before your arrival.

Is a damage deposit required?

Yes, a refundable damage deposit of £200 is taken ahead of your stay and returned in full within 48 hours of check-out, provided there’s no damage.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Full refund for cancellations 5+ days before check-in, 50% refund between 1–5 days, and no refund after check-in. See our full Cancellation policy for details.

Can I book directly instead of through a platform?

Yes — booking directly with us means better rates.
